Popular 90s Cartoon ReBoot Getting a Reboot Dylan Duarte October 3, 2013 Extras Warning: incoming game. How many jokes can you make about the popular 1990s cartoon Reboot getting a reboot? Just one joke, and I just made it. The first half-hour, fully computer-animated television series Reboot, which ran from 1994 to 2001 (but only managed four seasons), is being brought back to life courtesy of the show’s original creators. The announcement coincides with the 20th anniversary of the show’s debut. Efforts to revive the show have been underway for years, with Rainmaker Animation (formerly Mainframe Entertainment) announcing plans for a trilogy of films way back in 2007. Obviously those never came to fruition, but it’s good to see something happen with the property. Reboot generated a pretty strong following in the years after its cancellation. To be honest, I more or less forgot it existed until I heard this news, but I have fond memories of the show and can’t wait to see what it’ll be like with today’s technology. via Huffington Post Share This With The World!
