Gordon Ramsay has several restaurants in England that already use Incentient’s SmartCellar – an iPad app that allows diners to peruse a restaurant’s menu and wine list in an interactive format. Now he’s bringing it to the brand new Gordom Ramsay Steak in the Paris Las Vegas resort, which will be his first U.S. restaurant to use the technology. Ramsay praised the application, saying that it will help patrons become more knowledgable and engaged in their experience.
