As recently as a couple of days ago, I had no idea this would even be something I would need. Now all of a sudden I seem to be surrounded by products that will allow me to use my smartphone without taking my gloves off. Earlier was glove pins, and now I find an actual pair of gloves. Not only that, but they’re Isotoner brand, which is the one I’ve worn my entire adult life. I’m not overly fond of the style, but I’ll probably end up giving these a shot.

These gloves have a special conductive material woven into the thumb and index fingers which the screen on your smartphone, tablet or other gadget will be able to recognize, thus making it possible to answer your phone or look something up without having to remove your gloves. They are 90% Acrylic, 8% Nylon, 2% Other fibers with suede trim and are available in mens navy blue or black, or ladies black or black/white stripes. They are hand washable in cool water, and should be reshaped while still damp.

Right now these are on sale for 25% off normal price, or £11.24 ($18 / €13) per pair. If I remember correctly from the last pair of Isotoner driving gloves I bought, that is right around the same price. They’d be worth it at the higher rate, but you might as well pick them up now and save yourself some money.
