Tailgating? You Need a Carson Portable Rotisserie Grill Beth Snyder December 7, 2011 Where I live, there are grills available for use in public parks…but rarely does anyone use them. Because really, how can you be sure who used them last for what? So we all tend to haul our own along. But then that can be awkward, as most grills are not typically very portable. Carson now has the answer to both problems, although the convenience is not going to come cheap. The Carson Portable Rotisserie Grill is exactly what it says it is. What looks like an aluminum suitcase when stored folds out into a high-tech grilling device worthy of the best parties. Instead of laying your food on a grate over an open flame, this grill features seven rotisserie slots into which fit the included skewers (three medium and one small). The skewers suspend your food over charcoal which rests in a high heat porcelain coated tray. According to Carson, this offers you 4,000 cubic inches of cooking volume. Operation requires either AC power or the included 12v battery. It also comes with an adapter in case you want to use the power port in your car. As I mentioned earlier, this is not cheap. All this grilling goodness is going to cost you $719.00 US. But you get to choose between black and silver finish. Makes it worth it, right? Source: The Gadgeteer Share This With The World!
