MEGATech Giveaway: Win a LUXA2 Groovy Bluetooth Stereo Speaker

It’s that time again! We’re ready to roll with a brand new contest here on MEGATechNews and it just might be the grooviest one yet. If you’re a lover of music and you want to take your tunes with you on the go, then you’ll want to pay attention, because we’ve got an awesome prize to give away.

Getting Groovy with LUXA2

We’ve partnered up with LUXA2, a division of Thermaltake, to give away a LUXA2 Groovy Wireless Stereo Speaker (MSRP $89.00). You might know the LUXA2 brand from our recent CES video and the review of their P2 aluminum power bank product. They’re catering to the mobile and digital lifestyle, which is totally up our alley.

What you get with the Groovy wireless stereo speaker is a Bluetooth sound system that combines looks with performance. You get “sleek aluminum curves” along with the fashionistic genuine leather for the handle strap. The handy strap can be swapped out to suit your style too. The Groovy is a well-built little sound system that will pair up with any variety of Bluetooth-compatible devices like your smartphone, tablet or laptop. There’s also the option to use a wired connection if you want to hook up with another audio source.

As expected, the Groovy Bluetooth speaker works great for music, but with the integrated microphone, it can also be used as a hands-free speakerphone. As far as tech specs, you can expect up to a 10 meter range, an 1800mAh internal battery for up to 12 hours of playing time, 2.5W+2.5W (RMS) audio output, and two leather straps (black and brown) included in the package, along with the USB to microUSB cable, auxiliary cable and carrying pouch.

The fine folks at LUXA2 are being extra generous and they’re opening up this contest to just about anyone and anywhere in the world. We reserve the right to select another winner at random if the shipping costs for the original winner are too cost prohibitive, but this generally shouldn’t be a problem. Deadline for Entries

We will be accepting entries until 11:59pm on February 17, 2014. That gives you two weeks. The winner, who will be selected at random from all entries received, will be contacted either via e-mail or social media shortly after his or her entry is chosen. After that, he or she will have up to 48 hours to respond with the pertinent shipping information. If we don’t hear back by then, we will select another winner at random.
