The San Francisco-based Sanho threw their device on Kickstarter roughly two weeks ago, with the hopes of raising $100,000. As of the time of this writing, the total raised sits at $767,492, and the funding doesn’t end until June 17th. All of the early bird specials are sold out, but an iStick can be still be grabbed for a discounted price through the Kickstarter. Retail price of the 8GB will be $129, but $79 will get you one if you decide to pledge. Prices and sizes go up from there, topping out at $299 for a 128GB stick. If you’re feeling especially fancy, you can get a gold-colored aluminum stick, starting at $500. They’ve since added stretch goals, and the two that have been met have insured Passcore/Password, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive integration. If the amount raised tops $1M, they’ll add Airplay/Subtitle support in the integrated movie player as well as an API for third party apps.
