A really cool thing happened yesterday at physical therapy! He told me after another week or two I should be done with what he can do for me. From there on out, I’ll just keep working on things at home as I have been, although he’s going to put together some ideas for me for things I can try using household items that can at least sort-of simulate some of the machines and other devices I’ve been using there. I think that’s going to be the hardest part for me…I may hate a couple of those machines, but they certainly work. And equally certainly I cannot afford to buy one or pay a membership to anywhere that has them for me to work on. But what this means is that with any luck at all, I should be back to work full time by the end of March. Yes, I realize that is still a ways off, but considering the original goal was for me to be walking by Valentine’s Day and I’ve been doing that for several weeks now, I’ll take it.
