The News: No Motivation Edition Beth Snyder July 3, 2012 Things I forget every summer: When work slacks off to there only being a show once a week or so, and when those shows are primarily outside, and when the temperature is high, those shows kick my butt more thoroughly than working several weeks with only an occasional day off. Today I am doing nothing. And I do mean nothing. Laptop, book, napping, and reheating leftovers for dinner. If I happen to find some motivation later on I’m hoping to go out with friends, but that may not happen either. Along with having no energy, my favourite person is out of town for a few days, so I see no reason to actually leave the house. Although they do have air conditioning and I do not, a fact which could possibly tip the scales.
