The News: Busy Day Edition

Thankfully, I’m not working today, because I really don’t have time for it. I’m currently taking a break for a minute, because already today I have made the pasta salad for tomorrow’s party, made a grape salad for home, made a berry salad for home, boxed and wrapped three birthday presents and an anniversary present, cleaned the kitchen (twice), and done a load of laundry. After my break I need to make a cucumber salad for the party tomorrow, figure out and make dinner, do another load of laundry, clean the kitchen again (I make horrendous messes when I’m cooking), paint my nails and colour my hair. Probably somewhere in here I should consider lunch, too. What’s amazing to me is that it’s Friday the 13th, and everything has thus far gone exactly as planned. Yes, I did just knock on wood.
