The News: Bizarre Weather Edition Beth Snyder March 19, 2012 Today, since I actually have time, I once again paid attention to the world outside of my own little corner. Here, where we should still have snow on the ground, it has been over 70F more days than not. Other places, where it should be warm, there is snow on the ground.
