Sleep Hangover

Have you ever had one of those? I get them quite regularly. I’ll work a ridiculous number of hours for a couple of weeks, thus getting at best four hours of sleep a night, and then comes a day off. Last night I slept almost 15 straight hours, and it was fabulous. Well…until the sleep hangover kicked in when I woke up. It’s almost as bad as actually being hung over, except without the headache.
