At just 5.6mm thin and 389g and 265g (respectively), it’s the thinnest and lightest tablet of its size. And with its Super AMOLED display, Samsung is pushing it as the ideal solution for on-the-go media. It’s not just for fun, though. The Galaxy Tab S2 comes preloaded with Microsoft Office Solutions, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, making it a nice option for staying productive on the road. You’ll also get two free years of OneDrive, where you can store up to 100GB of files. On top of that, it’s compatible with the Book Cover Keyboard, making it a nice little productivity powerhouse. You’ll also get a touch-enabled Fingerprint Scanner and pre-installed anti-malware software to keep your tablet and its contents safe. As for the hardware, the tablet comes equipped with an 8MP rear camera, 2.1MP front camera, 3GB RAM, Quad 1.9GHz + Quad 1.3GHz, and a 5,870mAh battery, all powered by Android 5.0. When it comes to the various models, you get to choose between more than just size. You’ll also need to decide whether you need LTE or if just Wi-Fi will do the trick. You can also choose between 32 or 64GB, with a MicroSD slot that takes up to 128GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 will be available worldwide in August.
