There are renders, and then there are Concept Creator renders. The YouTube channel has been busy this year releasing several professional-grade renders of upcoming smartphones and they’re ending the year with another pair of high profile smartphone concepts: the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus.

The phones are expected to be released within the first half of next year, which gives us a potential six-month window. Needless to say, plenty of information has leaked about the upcoming flagship devices. The renders are based on those leaks, but also taken into consideration is the likely possibility that the phones won’t look much different than the S8 and S8 Plus. Watch the video below to see what I’m talking about.

You’ve got the cameras, fingerprint scanners, power key, Bixby key, 3.5mm headphone jack and a Type-C port, all within a metal frame. The pressure sensitive on-screen button makes a return, as well. It’s a fantastic render, but the big question is whether or not it’s an accurate one. We’ll see when Samsung officially unveils the phones in 2018.
