Microsoft Uses Siri to Take Aim at Apple Dylan Duarte May 23, 2013 Competitors taking jabs at one another is nothing new. Oftentimes it’s petty, but sometimes it’s really funny, funny enough that those on both sides of the field can enjoy it. That’s how I feel about Microsoft’s latest ad for Windows 8, which is called “Less talking, more doing” and uses Apple’s own Siri to poke fun at the iPad. Of course, funny or not, ads like this are going to bring about the inner fanboys and start intense online battles, but I have no doubt that the respective companies just kick their feet up and enjoy the show.
