Mental Health Monday

It never got any better, so I decided I was taking today for me, starting with going back to bed for a number of hours after the last post. I even shut off my cell phone for most of the day, and since I turned it back on I’ve been ignoring the voicemail indicator. I don’t want to know who wanted what from me just yet. Everyone should have a “me” day every once in a while.
