It All Comes Down to This Beth Snyder June 15, 2011 When the series started, I really didn’t think we’d be having a Game Seven, yet here we are. Vancouver has never taken home the Cup. Boston hasn’t taken it home since 1972. Vancouver is a young team, Boston is one of the original six. Tonight’s game promises to be nothing short of fabulous, and bookmakers all over the world can’t agree on which team is favoured. Whichever one wins, it’s been a darn fine playoff season, and Lord Stanley would be proud to have his Cup housed with either team for the next year. I just hope it’s Boston.
