The so-called "hardcore" gamers aren't the only ones who should be excited about the news coming out of this year's E3. Mobile gaming is bigger than ever and several developers are looking to get a piece of that pie. If you're sick of all the various Clash titles flooding the market, check out these six upcoming mobile games.

Fallout Shelter is a free-to-play title that also serves as a promotional tool for the upcoming Fallout 4, which hits consoles and PCs in November. While I would recommend Fallout 3 or Fallout: New Vegas as a better way to kill time until then, I've heard fun things about Bethesda's mobile app. Unfortunately, it's only available on iOS for the time being, though it is coming to Android.

Also from Bethesda, The Elder Scrolls Legends is a Hearthstone-style card game fashioned after the Elder Scrolls Universe. It will be making its way to PC and iPad later this year.

The folks at Electronic Arts are also looking to emulate the success of Blizzard's Hearthstone with Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. Other than the announcement and the below "trailer," nothing has been revealed about the game, but you don't need to twist my arm to get me to play a Star Wars card game. I'm in.

Our very own Michael Kwan has himself an unhealthy infatuation with the minions from Despicable Me, so I imagine he has the trailer for Minions Paradise playing on a loop. Nobody tell him that the game is out now for iOS and Android, we may never get him back.

We don't have any launch details yet, but intrepid explorer Lara Croft is making her way to mobile devices in Lara Croft GO, which will likely be similar to Hitman GO, which was a surprisingly fun pre-order bonus for the last Hitman game.

The other dayI mentioned that an HD remake of Final Fantasy VII was on the way and it would be hitting PlayStation 4 before going to other platforms. One of those other platforms will be iOS, with Android being an uncomfirmed possibility.
