Let me start off by being up front with everyone. I did not like the original Cooler Master Cosmos cases. It was this massive and expensive cases that boasted all these great features, but failed at the core basics of design. Considering the failures of the original and multiple revisions to address these issues, I didn’t want any part of the Cosmos line. Well Cooler Master decided to rebuild the Cosmos into the new Cosmos II Ultra Tower.

The new Cooler Master Cosmos II Ultra Tower has not only corrected any concerns I had about the original, but gone above and beyond them. This new tower is nothing short of amazing. Priced at a reasonable $349.99, this case covers every PC builder’s need in spades. You name it and this case has it: USB 3.0, CPU cooler cut out that works, controlled temperature zones, direct cooling for various PC components, too many HDD bays, hot swap HDD bays, cable management, etc.

It is very rare I drool over a case, but this is a special occasion. This is the kind of design that will influence case designs from every maker for the next few years and you could get you hands on one as early as January 2011. If you want to see every feature described and demonstrated in detail for you, just click for the Futurelooks.com video preview. Get some popcorn cause this could take a while.
