Well, YouTube is in trouble again! The Aussies are banning the popular video upload services from all 1600 schools in Victoria in order to crackdown on cyber-bullying. This was spurred on by the discovery of a video uploaded late last year where a 17-year old was assaulted by fellow students. Police are still investigating.

Education Services Minister Jacinta Allan said the schools and their Internet service providers already filtered the Web sites that were available to students, and YouTube had been added to a list of blocked sites.
