But Mad Catz isn't satisfied with just making video game controllers. It looks like the peripheral maker is ready to jump into the arena against the likes of 2K Games, Ubisoft, and Capcom and be a full-blown video game publisher in its own right. I guess that almost makes sense, but it is a little odd when you think about it.
In any case, Mad Catz has formalized its Xbox 360 Publisher License Agreement, so it looks like that's going to be the console of choice for now. Whether Mad Catz decides to expand onto PS3, Wii, portable platforms, Wii U, and so on remains to be seen. Possibly the first game is the previously announced War Wings: Hell Catz, which kinda looks more like an XBLA title than a retail disc release.
