What A Day Beth Snyder July 16, 2010 When I woke up this morning, all I needed to accomplish was to wrap my niece’s birthday present and make my world-famous olive salad for the party tomorrow. Then I realized we are also celebrating my dad’s birthday, my stepmother’s birthday, and their anniversary. These events also require presents, and perhaps some greeting cards might be in order. Luckily, mom is a fairly good sport even though she and dad haven’t spoken in years, so she took me to the local popcorn company where I picked up their favourite varieties, then to the drug store so I could buy cards. I also picked up some creamy dill flavoured popcorn for myself because it intrigued me, which I believe I’ll try with a good book tonight.
