Toasted Marshmallow Day

Again, it’s a food holiday! Who doesn’t love a good toasted marshmallow? Me, I was the kid who either got too close to the flame and caused my marshmallow to go out in a blaze of glory or who held it too far away to melt. As an adult, I’ve discovered I’m not any better at doing it, but I still love them. It just requires someone else to toast them for me. Luckily, my friends are very tolerant of my shortcomings and willing to lend a hand.
