The News: Weekend’s Over Edition Beth Snyder April 4, 2012 That was weird…I actually had two days off in a row. You certainly won’t catch me complaining! I think I’ve slept more in the last two days than I have in months. Of course, now that I’m rested and actually feel like cooking again I’m back to work, but I do have plans for a couple of new recipes this coming week since today was grocery day. I should be able to fit them in. Plus, apparently this year I’ll be making an Easter dinner for the first time ever. Not that my family does a traditional Easter, but I had to pick up a ham today since it was ridiculously cheap, so I’m going to go with it. Sure, there’s just two of us, but whatever. I love when the whole house smells good because I’ve spent the bulk of my day in the kitchen. I even picked up a leg of lamb to roast later, because it was more than half off per pound.
