Congratulations to my Grand Rapids Griffins on winning our first Calder Cup in franchise history! Also, congratulations to the Syracuse Crunch for a well-played series (and season). Last night went from hope to horror to nail biting to hope to more nail biting and finally ended in a bunch of jumping around hugging people I don’t know, grinning so wide I thought my face would split, and doing so much screaming I almost lost my voice. Tonight I get to see the Cup in person while I’m working the celebratory event at our arena, and it’s gonna be fabulous! Well done, boys!
