I have finally nailed down my Thanksgiving menu, and it is going to be epic. Nevermind that there are only two of us…we’re going to feast as if the world really is ending December 12. I figure I’m only cooking for real once this week, I might as well make it a good one. Besides, what better time to roast that leg of lamb I bought on sale over the summer stupid cheap (something like three bucks a pound) that has simply been taking up freezer space ever since? Today is grocery day, and then I kick it into high gear in the kitchen.
