The News: Packing Edition Beth Snyder May 10, 2012 My mother left for her vacation this morning, so I finally get to pack for mine. It was easier if we weren’t both trying to get ready to leave at the same time. Unfortunately, what that means for me is I had to turn down some last-minute work for today, because even though it was only going to be four hours, it’s four hours I simply don’t have to spare at the time they needed me. I’ll cope, I guess. So now I’m off to start laundry, organizing, grabbing my suitcase out of the attic, making my list (and checking it twice), making sure all my various gadgets are fully charged, and then hopefully to bed early since I’m being picked up at 6am to go to the airport.
