The News: Oatmeal Muffin Day Edition Beth Snyder December 19, 2011 Oddly, I almost chose an oatmeal muffin with my breakfast this morning, but ended up going with English muffin toast instead. Had I realized today was Oatmeal Muffin Day, perhaps I’d have chosen differently. Ah well, darn the luck. My niece and I had a fabulous time last night, shared a motel room, then went out for an ungodly huge breakfast and then to a movie when we got up.
