Maybe someone can explain the fascination with Instagram to me, because I truly do not understand. Technology has advanced to the point where digital images can be so clear and sharp that it almost hurts to look at them. Depending on your eyesight, digital images can sometimes be better quality than actually being there looking at something in person. Yet hundreds of thousands of people go out of their way to take pictures with this software that makes their pictures look like they were taken with a Brownie camera in 1975. What gives? They were lousy pictures then, and they’re lousy pictures now.
