The Confusing World of SD Cards Beth Snyder May 12, 2010 You wouldn’t think so, but apparently I am a Luddite. I am probably the last person on Earth to finally get a digital camera, and I have no earthly idea what to do with it. In my defense, it is my niece’s old one, so it’s not like I can just plug in the information and find exactly what I need any more…technology has long since passed it by. Which suits my purposes perfectly since I don’t need the best photos ever, but this whole SD card thing has me baffled. It came with a 16meg, and obviously I want a bigger one. But there are different classes, and maybe my camera won’t support some of them, and I just don’t know. I hate when technology wins.
