Spy Camera Gum Container for the Relentlessly Paranoid Beth Snyder June 18, 2011 Just in case one of the hundreds of other spy gadgets didn’t appeal to you, here is yet another one. I’m not sure how sneaky it actually is, since I don’t believe chewing gum actually comes in a bottle like this, but maybe you want to spy on someone not too terribly bright. This does have the added bonus that you can actually put real gum inside it, so maybe it will fool someone. As you can see in the picture, the camera and microphone are hidden in the logo’s eyes on the front of the bottle. You can turn it on and off by pressing on a cleverly concealed button on the back, but it also has a motion detector to save power when nothing is going on. There are two tiny LED indicator lights on the back, but as long as there’s enough light to record they shouldn’t show up and give your secret away. The bottom of the bottle hides a USB port and a microSD card slot. Speaking of which, it comes with a 2GB microSD card, although you’ll probably want to upgrade to a larger one if you plan to do much recording (supports up to 32GB). It also comes with a rechargeable battery, which provides enough power for one continuous hour of recording.
