Sleep Hangover Beth Snyder September 26, 2011 Have you ever had one of those? Where you sleep for so many uninterrupted hours that when you wake up you feel almost drugged? That’s where I am today, and why this first post is so very late. I got home around 4am last night, and while I didn’t immediately go to sleep it was pretty close. Didn’t get up until a little after 3pm, so now my whole day is off. The funny thing is, I could easily take a nap right now and I’ve only been out of bed for about two hours.
