New Blue Xbox 360, Along with Other Bundles, Hits Shelves September 16th Dylan Duarte September 14, 2014 Hey Xbox, why so blue? Is it because you just can’t get the edge over Sony when it comes to sales of current-gen consoles? I’m kidding! I kid because I love! Just because Microsoft is busy trying to keep up sales of the Xbox One, that doesn’t mean that they’ve abandoned the Xbox 360 just yet. On the contrary, they’re readying a new blue edition of the console just in time for the holiday rush. While I’m not big on blue, especially that shade, I have to admit that it’s a pretty stellar-looking system. There are no weird designs or unsightly pictures, just two shades of blue covering the console and the controller. In the US, the blue Xbox 360 will only be available at Wal-Mart. It’ll run you $249 and get you a 500GB hard drive and not one, but two Call of Duty titles: Call of Duty: Ghosts and Call of Duty: Black Ops II. At least Microsoft knows who they’re marketing towards. If blue isn’t your thing, there will be an identical bundle available with a black console, available for the same price and from all retailers. Then there’s a Kinect bundle that comes with Kinect Adventures, Kinect Sports, and Forza Horizon. It will also be $249, but the hard drive is only a measly 4GB. All of these Xbox 360 bundles will be available starting on September 16th. via The Verge Share This With The World!
