National Chili Day

Yet another one that is specifically for the US, but anyone who wants to is more than welcome to play along. In honour of the holiday, I’ve taken the last quart of my prize-winning (really, it’s won prizes!) venison chili out of the freezer. I figure I’m going to need something hot and comforting after working all day essentially outside. Viva la chili!
