Luxa2 Power+ 7000 Packs 7000mAh of Portable Power Michael Kwan January 18, 2012 As we venture out in the world with our tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices, we constantly find ourselves running out of juice. That has to be the worst feeling in the world. Thankfully, there are ways to bring more power to your pocket. In addition to the rest of the Thermaltake stuff being shown off at CES 2012, they also had a little corner in their suite dedicated to the LUXA2 sub-brand. There were iPhone cases and other accessories, but it’s the Luxa2 Power+ 7000 that caught my eye. This is an aluminum-encased battery pack with an impressive 7000mAh of juice on the go. That’s nearly twice the power provided by the HyperMac Micro portable battery despite being roughly the same size (about the same as a 2.5-inch portable hard drive enclosure). There are two USB ports on board, giving you the ability to charge everything from an iPhone to a Galaxy Tab. Pretty sweet! Share This With The World!
