International Eat an Apple Day Beth Snyder September 17, 2011 Look! It’s a healthy food-related holiday! I think that might be the first one we’ve had. It’s easy where I live, because it’s fall and that’s when apples are coming out of our ears. Not that you can’t get them year-round, but this is the time of year for apples fresh from the tree, cider fresh from the press, and my all-time favourite, apple cider donuts.
