AMD takes Design Tips from Canned SPAM AMD decided to show off the boxes for the FX Bulldozer processors in the same booth as their Dirt 3 proof of concept demo. First, glad to see they did go with the white box and new art style which you can find my opinions on here. Second, the 8-core top of the line FX processor was given a bit of an upgrade in that its box is not a metal container.

This is an annual event where AMD holds a press conference for their business partners to update them on the plans AMD has for the near future. This year was a mixed bag.
NZXT Expands into the Cooling Market with the Havik 140 The 100% copper base, aluminum fins, and 6 copper 6mm heatpipes (nickel plated) will be accompanied by 2 of NZXT newest fans (140mm size). These fans can push 90.3 CFM while producing only 25 to 35 dBA. I would not be surprised if it performs better than most of the coolers in the same price range.
Sapphire Strutting Its Stuff for the AMD A Series Sapphire shows off their newest addition to their motherboard's with the Pure Platinum A75 with FM1 socket. This board should fall in the entry level to mid-range buyer's market considering the expected price range of the AMD A-series processors and lack of "bonuses" on the board. Even with my grips, the board may still be a great overall buy depending on the price.
