Here’s a puzzle: Is this a holiday worth celebrating, or a cause for hitting yourself between the eyes with a ball peen hammer? I can’t decide. Singing telegrams are at best obnoxious, and thankfully pretty much no one does them any more. I mean, what could be more awkward? You have no control over when they show up, and the person receiving them has to stand there while a complete stranger sings them some inane song someone they used to consider a friend thought would be cute or funny. I’m leaning more toward ball peen hammer, but you can decide for yourself. It might just be me…if work goes less than 16 hours today I’ll consider myself lucky.
