Well, thank goodness I didn't miss this one! I spend an awful lot of time on the US Gulf Coast, and have pretty much always been a sucker for bread pudding. I think the best I've had is at Mary Mahoney's in Biloxi, although there are quite a few other places that do a darn fine job with it. Me, I have a dozen or so recipes I rotate between, from pineapple to rum-butter to chocolate to blackberry. And now I think I've discovered the first thing I'll be making as soon as I get out of the hospital. Gotta do something to make up for the food here. Although I have graduated to full liquids now, so I am allowed milk and ice cream.
