The dual-camera system combines a 12MP, f/1.7-aperture, 25mm wide-angle main lens and a dedicated 12MP, 59mm camera for instant 2.3X optical zoom. The new Portrait mode supposedly rivals DSLR cameras when it comes to depth-of-field effects.
In addition to the cameras, the phone has a Snapdragon 625 processor, a 5000mAh battery, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a 5.5-inch AMOLED Gorilla Glass 5 display.
This is a phone for shutterbugs, through and through, with over half a dozen photographic features to help you take that perfect picture or video. Things like SuperPixel Technology, RAW File support, and continuous autofocus 4K video recording hope to replace the need for an actual dedicated camera or camcorder.
