The News: Thursday, December 6 Edition Beth Snyder December 6, 2012 Thus begins my home rehabilitation before heading to physical therapy for the serious stuff. I am supposed to write the alphabet with my toes to get the tendons in my ankle used to stretching again, and then I’m supposed to try to pick up marbles from the floor with my toes. The alphabet thing I’ve got…anyone who has sprained their ankles as often as I have does that without even thinking about it. The marbles are something of a challenge, as I do not own any.
