The News: Thursday, April 18 Edition Beth Snyder April 18, 2013 Today it occurs to me that there is a bonus to currently dating someone who does woodworking and makes furniture…I’m going to ask him if he’s considered building an ark. Last week we got just over five inches of rain in four days. This week we’re working on an additional 3-4 inches in three days. While I absolutely love a good thunderstorm, and never get better sleep than when there is mass amounts of lightning and crashing thunder, the flooding is getting critical. Wednesday morning, before it started raining again, the river near my house was more than two feet over flood stage. They’re predicting it will crest some time late Friday at approximately four feet over flood stage. So while the thunderstorms are making me happy on a personal level, I really wish they would knock off for a while. People’s homes are underwater and that’s never a good thing. eTeknix gets us going with the Tt eSPORTS MEKA G Unit Mechanical Gaming Keyboard TweakTown shares its thoughts on the SMART Storage Systems CloudSpeed 500 Enterprise SSD Hardware Canucks comes back with the Kingston SSDNow V300 240GB SSD The SSD Review sees that and raises the Samsung PM841 512GB mSATA SSD Legit Reviews goes inside the Corsair Obsidian 900D ‘Godzilla’ Full Tower PC Case TechRadar focuses on the Panasonic Lumix GF6 HotHardware presents HTC First with Facebook Home Hands-On Video LanOC gets its hands on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 with 4G LTE PureOverclock examines the MSI GTX 650 Ti Boost Twin Frozr OC Hi Tech Legion beats the heat with the Cooler Master NotePal A200 Laptop Cooler MadShrimps chills out with the Scythe ASHURA CPU Cooler KitGuru tests out the MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming Motherboard TechReviewSource checks out the Magellan Switch ThinkComputers tries on a pair of RHA MA450i Earphones To finish us off, Benchmark Reviews taps away at the AZiO KB577U Levetron MECH5 Gaming Keyboard Share This With The World!
