Last night was first the best hockey day, then the worst hockey day, then the best hockey again. My AHL team played game one of their series in the semifinals, and completely obliterated their opponent. Then my NHL team, in a do or die situation, looked really good right up until they looked really bad, and then when I barely had time to settle into watching the OT, they won. Game seven on Sunday. I don’t know why I don’t just tell you team names…I’m a huge Red Wings fan (if you’ve been around for a while you probably already know that). So the boys head back to Anaheim, hopefully to come home with the win. You certainly can’t say it’s been a boring first round.
