What a fabulous day yesterday was! I got to watch the entire Red Wings game on TV in my living room, which means I got to see in real time that wonderful dribbling goal at the last second to give them the win. Then, just as the hockey game was getting over the lacrosse game started on the college internet TV station. The boys’ team didn’t just do well, they totally annihilated their opponents. Then, as if I wasn’t already in a pretty good mood, I made barbecue sauce so I could put ribs in the crock pot this morning, and it might be my best effort ever. Just spicy enough, just sweet enough, thick and syrupy. My mouth is watering, and the house is starting to smell amazing.
