The News: Definitely Summer Edition Beth Snyder June 11, 2012 One thing you will virtually never hear from me is a complaint about the weather being hot. It’s been fairly well established that I abhor being cold, and snow, and anything related to winter other than hockey. Here at my house, after a truly interesting spring full of ups and downs and never knowing if we’re going to be under a frost advisory or a heat index warning, we seem to have finally settled into summer. It’s been sunny, and humid, and in general makes me very happy. Tomorrow, providing the threatened rain doesn’t appear, I plan to sit outside under a tree with my book for as long as I can stand it.
