xperia-t3-4

If you’re like me and you’re not very good at taking care of your phone, then you definitely don’t want the new Sony Xperia T3. The world’s slimmest 5.3-inch smartphone is just begging to be snapped in half.

The Xperia line hasn’t been met with a lot of enthusiasm, but Sony is hoping to turn things around and releasing the world’s thinnest 5.3-inch phone will at the very least turn a few heads.

The Xperia T3 is decidedly mid-range, sporting a 720p HD screen, an 8MP rear camera, 1.1MP front camera, 1.4 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with microSD card support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and a 2,500 mAh battery, all running on Android 4.4 KitKat.

Of course, a wafer-thin Xperia T3 smartphone isn’t going to solve the problems that consumers had with the previous Xperia model, but the phone seems like an improvement overall. Hopefully, it’ll get Sony back in everyone’s good graces.

According to the released pictures, it looks like the Sony Xperia T3 will be released in variations of black, white, and purple.
