I had to come in here and take a break for a few minutes. I’m trying to design a bracelet for a friend, and it is requiring entirely too much math from me. I am not a math person, I am a creative person…thus why I make jewelry. I don’t count, I rarely measure length…I just do what looks good to me. This math thing is not my friend. On a positive note, when we finally pick which beads we’re going with (the design is decided, I’ve been working on different bead combinations, which requires knowing how many of any given kind I have), it’s going to not only go quickly but be really, really cool-looking.
