Leaked Screenshots Shows Windows Phone 8.1 Notification Center Dylan Duarte February 10, 2014 Another week, another leak; not a perfect rhyme, but it will have to do. The first major update for Windows Phone 8 is right around the corner and one of the most requested features is a Notification Center that allows users to control how they get their notifications. Microsoft has listened and is making good on the request and now we’ve got leaked pictures that show just what’s in store with Windows Phone 8.1. These screenshots come directly from an internal Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, hence the watermarks. They show the “action center” that can be pulled down from the top of the screen. From there you can tweak Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other settings just like you can in Android. You can also view the date and how you’re doing on battery life. Of course, this is just a small part of what can be done from the action center. Meanwhile, Microsoft is implementing separate volume controls for the ringer/notifications and media/apps, as well as their Cortana personal assistant. via The Verge Share This With The World!
