HTC-One-2

HTC has announced their newest smartphone, the HTC One, and with that have released the specifications for it. Within its sleek, 9.3mm thick aluminum shell resides a 4.7-inch 1080p Super LCD 3 display, a 2,00mAh battery, stereo speakers with their own dedicated amp, 2GB of RAM, and Qualcomm’s new quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.7GHz.

There are also front and back cameras, 2.1MP and 4MP, respectively. 4MP is pretty lackluster by today’s standards, but according to HTC, the camera contains a BSI sensor with a f/2.0 lens that will capture 300% more light than most smartphone cameras. They’re calling this “Ultrapixel” technology for better low-light performance.

All of this weighs in at 143 grams. HTC is pushing BlinkFeed, a new feature that will allow you to consolidate all of your social media feeds, as well as as add any of 1,400 media partners. The HTC One is set to be released in March and will be available at AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint.
