I can’t decide if this is actually a good idea, or if it’s really a procrastinator’s invention. The idea behind it is for one day, you give up something (or several things) you “should” do. Like, “I should clean the house” or “I should lose weight”. Supposedly, you can still do whatever it is, you’re just meant to give up saying you should do it. I dunno…sounds more like an excuse for not accomplishing anything. And since my head is a wee bit tender this morning, I’m going to go with that.
