CES 2013 – PaperTab Offers Light, Flexible Paper-Like Display (Video) Dylan Duarte January 8, 2013 Everybody knew that when foldable display technology started to show its head, we were in for some big innovations. The first of those innovations seems to be here with PaperTab, a new prototype developed by Intel, Queen’s University from Canada, and Plastic Logic from Britain. PaperTab is a 10.7-inch high-resolution plastic display that looks and feels like a sheet of paper. The goal behind the gadget was to create a display that could bend and take a little bit of a beating. PC and tablet users will have to make a big adjustment. The PaperTab can only run one app. Multiple users can share information by tapping two devices together and they can read through a document by bending the screen. They can also join two devices together for a larger display. Watch the video below to get an idea of just what PaperTab is and what it can do. via Guardian Share This With The World!
